I have lived at Coursey Place for two years. Over this time, there has been a tremendous turnover in management (4 Managers) and staff. This recent turnover has been the most atrocious of group unhelpful, greedy people so far. They are extremely rude, not even saying good morning when you go to pick up a package. Half of the time they cannot even find your packages! Since July, the front gates have been wide open. This used to be a gated community with little crime. We have had multiple break-ins and even a home invasion. Also with the gates open, there are many people parking in the resident's spots whom shouldn't be. Instead of fixing the problem, management has begun handing out parking tickets and threatening to tow people who park outside of a spot. As a 'solution', they offer that you rent a spot for $25 a month and police it yourself! Today, I came home to a note stating that I am only allowed one car per bedroom, when I was promised two upon signing the lease. I cannot get any answers from management. I will not be renewing.

In regards to your parking issue I do apologize as we have asked, to ensure we try to keep as many people happy as possible, our residents that if they have multiple vehicles to try and park their primary vehicle close to the buildings but secondary's to be placed a little farther away. The gate is currently under repair and the issue should be rectified soon. My team and I seek to provide our residents with a hassle-free experience through superior service in a place that you love to call home. We understand that issues and renovations at a community can be a challenge to deal with but we appreciate you pushing through.
