Run far away don't sign a lease here! This apartment complex is a fraud, they over charge for utilities, they move you into a tiny run down apartment that has broken amenties, marajuna smell and insects and charge you like your living in a five star resort. This company has a very young staff as their management and they are incompetent, lazy and never answer the phone. They cause you to be inconvenienced to go to their building to lodge a complaint. My two children's apartment was disgusting upon move in. It wreaked of weed, had stained stinky carpet and a broken dishwasher, washing machine, torn sofa etc. The manager agreed to have the apartment professionally cleaned, and a deodorizer company come clean the weed smell and they NEVER DID! When my kids moved out they tried to bill us a crazy fee for damages. These damages already existed and they probably charged the same fees to the last tenant as well. We have contacted them on various occasions complaining about the paper thin walls, the loud partying and the weed smell permeating throughout the vents. It was for naught, as these people ignored our pleas. My daughter had extremely bad eye infections and skin irritations here. I'm contacting the necessary departments to complain over these damage fees and have photos as proof. Do yourself a huge favor and don't fall victim to this company.
