Office Staff
Not a good experience, the office staff are rude and make disrespectful comments to you. For example i had a billing dispute, after both me and my mom spoke with those in the office, when i went to pay my rent i was told ???oh hello Mr. Xxx, i remember talking to your mother extensively.??? That is not appropriate behavior by the staff whatsoever and highly unprofessional. On top of that, when i originally moved in my apartment was so trashed they had to move my roommates and i to another apartment for 2 months while they fixed the apartment they originally leased to us.
