the reason people have roaches is because THEY themselves do not take the garbage/trach out often enough...they probably leave dirty pot/pans/dishes regularly and stuff that should only be in the kitchen all over the house... i have only seen a few DEAD roaches here and they send pest control around EVERY month...so that person caused their own problems were bugs were concerned... and i do not doubt that there are some partying, maybe even drug using ppl in this complex, but it is NOT that bad... people are inconsiderate about how loud they are late at night/early morning sometimes and some people always trash any place they go, but this place is picked up regularly... there is maintenence/painting and pressure washing going on as i am typing this... and Kathy is a personal friend of mine who has been nothing but nice to me and every one else i know here...
