Hampton Court seemed great when we looked at the model apartment, but when we moved in, our apartment was nothing like the model. It was horribly dirty and the entire foudation was shifting...everything was slanted. Sliding doors would never stay on their hinges and they never attempted to repair any of this. I complained of the shower leaking for 6 months before they looked at it and then had to rip open the wall and that took 2 weeks! They didn't even work on it every day and I had to hound them to get anything done.

Management lived in the apartment next door to us and they were always loud and never heeded our complaints...the walls were super thin too...we could hear the downstairs neighbors video games every night.

Parking was good and other facilities (such as laundry & pool) were nice...nice trees and walkways (even though they were all sloping too...very bad foundation issues).

Overall, it was a terrible apartment experience. I would never recommend Hampton Court to anyone and have steered friends in other directions whenver asked for my opinion. This was a couple of years ago now, but I still hear it's not much better.
