Let's face it...this complex is old and not too much to look at from outside. It's not for "party people". It IS for those who want a quiet, safe enviroment to go home to at night. I live upstairs and have no fear of leaving my windows open during good weather. Maintenance guys are awsome and quick to respond, even late at night if an emergency arises. Floor plans are spacious. Closet space is adequate. Rent price very reasonable for the area. Before I moved in the carpet was replaced, tile flooring was installed in kitchen and baths. I have NEVER had a problem with insects. I moved here in late 2008 and don't plan on moving. Now...if they could just hire better painters....Ah, now I'm just being picky! I recommend Hampton Courts to those who are looking for a low-key, quiet enviroment.
