I have been living here for about a year now and my experience has had its ups and downs.
Pros:
The manager is nice and is really good about making sure the grounds stay safe and nice. The grounds are kept up pretty well and the complex is fairly quiet and in a good area.
The rent is fairly cheap for comparable apartments in the area.
Cons:
When my a/c was leaking into my downstairs neighbors apartment, maintenance staff came in my apartment for 3 days and didn't leave a note or let me know they were going to be going into my apartment. The only reason I knew they were there was because they left all the lights on, left towels full of dirt in my kitchen sink, and left my toilet seat up. (I'm a female and I live alone.) However, after complaining to the manager I didn't have a problem with this again.
Also, there is no closet space. There are no bathroom or kitchen drawers, no hall closet and if you have a washer and dryer, (which is stored in the bedroom closet), forget about storing things in the closet.
The one bedrooms are located in the middle of the complex, so you will not be able to park close to your apartment.
After reading the responses about other apartments in B.R., I realize these apartments could be a lot worse. The management here does try to make your stay nice. I will be moving when my lease is up because I want something bigger and want to be able to part close to my apartment. A good complex for a serious college student or older person.
