Firstly, we were just visiting and reviewing the place. So this review is just from the outside. <br>The place was nice and quiet. The walkways needed repairs, but the homes looked pretty good. <br>The only bummer was the financial requirement of the management. We were told by the lady at the office that we have to make 4 times the rent EACH to qualify. The rent for a 3 bedroom apt was $740.00. So the three of us who want to move there must EACH make roughly $2900.00 PER MONTH (in the exact words of the management) to move there. That is roughly $8700.00 per month. If we made that much money, wouldnt we buy a house? The other apartments we looked at didnt have such harsh requirements. We chose another apartment complex.
