Hello, We apologize for any gate issues that you have experienced with us. We recently have changed out the gate phone lines to cellular lines to help remedy the gate issues that were occurring. If you ever experience any gate issues in the future, please contact our office or the maintenance hotline that can assist you 24/7 to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. There are a ton of new renovations that are taking place around the property to help with the exterior appearance, so we hope you see some improvement around the grounds and curb appeal. We understand that you are buying out of your contract early, but we hope that you are able to see our progress throughout the community before you move out. We apologize that the buyout price is a little high, but we use the NAA lease contract so unfortunately we are unable to make any changes with the buyout fee. If there is anything at all that we can assist you with, please reach out to the leasing office. Hello there, It's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. We do in fact have a courtesy officer that lives on site, who promptly addresses concerns that are brought to his attention. If your daughter has had any type of leak in her apartment, please ask her to call it in to the front office or submit a work order through the resident portal so that our maintenance supervisor, David, can address it right away! We take maintenance issues very seriously and we strive to complete them within a 24-48 hour period or sooner. You did not leave a name for your daughter or yourself, so unfortunately we are unable to reach out to you. As far as GoT goes, while I was personally happy with the ultimate outcomes, I was disappointed in how they got there from season 6 onwards. Hello, I am sorry to hear that you have not had the experience that we strive to give our residents at Indigo Park. We have a courtesy officer that lives on-site to keep our residents comfortable and we will ask that our courtesy patrol also increases their hours. If you are having issues with pests, our service team are all trained in pest control and backed by licensed entomologists.
