I feel it was ok except for the the gates getting jammed open a lot on the weekends and since I am moving out now the buyout price is extortion! People dont clean up after their dogs very good and nothing gets done about it.

We apologize for any gate issues that you have experienced with us. We recently have changed out the gate phone lines to cellular lines to help remedy the gate issues that were occurring. If you ever experience any gate issues in the future, please contact our office or the maintenance hotline that can assist you 24/7 to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. There are a ton of new renovations that are taking place around the property to help with the exterior appearance, so we hope you see some improvement around the grounds and curb appeal. We understand that you are buying out of your contract early, but we hope that you are able to see our progress throughout the community before you move out. We apologize that the buyout price is a little high, but we use the NAA lease contract so unfortunately we are unable to make any changes with the buyout fee. If there is anything at all that we can assist you with, please reach out to the leasing office.
