Bugs and lizards are a common thing in Louisiana, however we do offer pest control which is included with your rent. We do always recommend that everyone review the lease contract prior to signing it to avoid the element of surprise. We would be happy to go over the lease agreement with you and answer any questions you may have. Depending on the current rental market value at the time of your renewal, we may have to gradually increase the rent amount over time, especially if you are under market rent. I feel it was ok except for the the gates getting jammed open a lot on the weekends and since I am moving out now the buyout price is extortion! People dont clean up after their dogs very good and nothing gets done about it.

Hello, We apologize for any gate issues that you have experienced with us. We recently have changed out the gate phone lines to cellular lines to help remedy the gate issues that were occurring. If you ever experience any gate issues in the future, please contact our office or the maintenance hotline that can assist you 24/7 to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. There are a ton of new renovations that are taking place around the property to help with the exterior appearance, so we hope you see some improvement around the grounds and curb appeal. We understand that you are buying out of your contract early, but we hope that you are able to see our progress throughout the community before you move out. We apologize that the buyout price is a little high, but we use the NAA lease contract so unfortunately we are unable to make any changes with the buyout fee. We do in fact have a courtesy officer that lives on site, who promptly addresses concerns that are brought to his attention. If your daughter has had any type of leak in her apartment, please ask her to call it in to the front office or submit a work order through the resident portal so that our maintenance supervisor, David, can address it right away! We take maintenance issues very seriously and we strive to complete them within a 24-48 hour period or sooner.
