Not the best place I've lived, but the cheap rent USED TO make up for it. But after living there for 4 years, each lease I signed increased rent 10-15%. Walls are paper thin, incompetent maintenance takes weeks (sometimes months) and 3-4 attempts, to fix anything properly. Drainage is constantly clogged and floods the parking lots with 1-2 feet of water 3-4 times a year (although it never got into my apartment). Like I said, when the rent was cheap ($740/month for a 3 BR) it was tolerable. But now (over $1,000/month) simply NOT WORTH IT. Don't let them sucker you in with cheap rent... they WILL raise it on the next lease you sign.
