Resident 2001 - 2002

Great Place Overall

I only had a couple of problems. One, my mailbox was broken for months. It finally got fixed. I am glad none of my mail was stolen or destroyed...

Bugs can be a problem but if you let management know, they will send someone to remedy that problem in a matter of 24 hours.

Being so close to LSU, sometimes noise was a problem, but I called the after hours line a few times about that. The situation was taken care of promptly by the security guy who lived there.

The pool is great; I spent every weekend there during the summer. It is always clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs. They are meticulous about maintaining the landscape in the courtyard. Such a relaxing place! I miss that part of it.

I lived in a tiny little studio that doesn´t have a kitchen. (Cuz that´s all I could afford.) But it was fine.

They have planned activities often. Donuts on final exam days, Luau´s, Cookouts, etc.

Lisa F, the Manager, is really cool.

Be careful in the parking lot! My car got broken into and $1000 worth of stereo equipment was stolen (shoulda had an alarm). Still, it is surrounded by woods and near LSU so be careful.
