Awesome Landlord and Facility.
I was in Baton Rouge working on a TV show for four and a half months and needed a short term, easy lease. I found it at the Reserve at Cedar Lodge. The next time I'm working and need a place to live in Batonā¦Ā See More >anonymous

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!
I love living here at The Reserve. It is by far the nicest condo property in Baton Rouge. There is an indoor basketball court as well as a movie theatre and dry cleaning service. The amenities are awesome. I live in a one bedroom andā¦Ā See More >live2golf1

The Reserve has it all.
From granite counter tops, covered parking, an incredible pool area, workout facility, media room, and the most beautiful grounds you will find in BR. An office to help with anything you need and most importantly, its a gated community. Its the only true luxury condoā¦Ā See More >lsutigertown2

Great place!!!
I lived at the Reserve until recently and must say that I truly enjoyed it. My space was clean, quiet and had a neighborly atmosphere. I work a lot (11-12 hours a day) and was rarely home but felt safe and was ableā¦Ā See More >lbrad

Quiet and Peaceful
I love it. My balcony looks over a beautiful garden, and its very quiet. The covered parking steps from my door is really nice during the hot summer and the rainy days. The pool is incredible and the best part about being here is theā¦Ā See More >footsurgeon

The most Luxurious Complex in Baton Rouge...by a mile
This is by far the nicest complex in the Greater BR area. We have never had anything like this in Baton Rouge before now. I read the complaints below and must say I have never noticed any of these issues. The pool is the mostā¦Ā See More >anonymous

From the very first day dealing with the staff at the Reserve they have been wonderful! Anytime I had a question or concern I would just call the front desk and get an immediate answer. When I had any type of problem withā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Police units are called regularly to this over rated over priced ------. Cars are broken into on a regular basis. Overall
The homeowner dues are really too steep for what you get. The building needs painting really bad....upkeep is terrible, and management plays favorites, because nothing is ever done as rules state. Too many noisy animals. Gate does not make for security because you can tailgateā¦Ā See More >anonymous

This has been overall my best experience living in an apartment. The office staff has been extremly helpful along with the mainteance team. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. The only complaint I have is regarding my neighboors, they refuse to pickup their dogā¦Ā See More >hibiscus07

The Reserve attempted to take thousands out of the deposit
They claimed thousands in damages were done to the apartment, which is just completely impossible. I would never, ever recommend living at this place. They charge as if it's an upscale community but the construction is poor and it only has a facadeā¦Ā See More >proudofmyplace

Predators who Re-Victimized those Forced out of N.O. by Katrina
Price gouging was the order of the day that this complex used to inflate their profits at the expense of those of us forced to relocate because our homes were destroyed by the hurricane. What crooks!
