Back in 2013 I had a terrible experience with these thieves. After making sure the apartment was in perfect conditions before moving out, keys were returned to Ms. Sandra Polk in the leasing office; she sent a maintenance (called Dennis) guy to perform a visual final inspection without providing any forms to be signed. Because of that, the actual date I returned the apartment was not recorded, causing an incorrect Final Account Statement. After their mistake, eviction was filed, my deposit stolen, and account sent to collection, despite several attempts I tried in order to have the issue solved. Manager Tina Withehead (by that time, hopefully not anymore) has no idea about what Customer Service is (apparently her training focused on how to get as much money as possible from customers). Definitely not a good place to live.
