I live here now. Do not move here!!!!!!! Doesn't matter if they have old management or new the apartments are still a piece of .....!!!!!!! Everyday somethings broken, went without air for a week and a stove for two. The apartments are EXTREMELY small for the HUGE price you pay. Not worth it!!! Go on LSU side if you want something BETTER and cheaper ! Ive been here for two years all because I don't like to drive but I'm to the point where I can less about commuting and you'll be there too!
