I've been living in this dump for about 1 year...thank God, my lease will soon end. The thing is, the leasing office is full of young idiots who do not care about your rights as a tenant. For example, expect pest control and maintenance to barge into your apartment unannounced, whenever they see fit; this has happened to me on more than one occasion, to the point where I had to notify the office, as to remind them that there's a thing called a, "tenant's right to privacy." Seriously, this is a major problem at Tiger Manor and they're lucky no one has yet to notify a tenant's attorney to sue their asses. Most places give a reasonable 24/48 hr. notice, upon entering the apartment; of course, unless, there's a busted pipe or fire, but in all cases, this was not so. Prepare to feel violated and insignificantly treated as if your nothing but a paycheck by a group of unprofessional managers and landlords. Overall, this place is and was a hellhole...
