DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
These apartments are nothing but mold, roaches, and non college roommates in student housing. When you bring these problems to the front officeās attention they donāt do anything about it and tell you that you should have read your lease and they hold back onā¦Ā See More >Thomas_T868

This place is completely horrible. At first, I loved it; now, I hate it hear. Shootings. I almost fell coming down the stairs due to a brick cracking. I have to constantly call for maintenance to come. Everything breaks around here.

Burrrrbank
Burbank Commons is your typical college apartment complex. Its nothing fancy but its cheap compared to other places. I liked the big living room and bedrooms. Last review said parking was terrible, which is not true. Parking is great unless youā¦Ā See More >anonymous

I like it!
Before moving here so many people that I go to school with told me that it would be a terrible mistake to live here. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I heard "Burbank sucks","The staff is terrible," etc. I've been living hereā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Not What It All Seems

Burbank Commons
Lived there for two years, for a grand total of a terrible experience. The management has no authority and is poorly put together. They will charge you for every little thing they can possibly find. Parking is horrendous as well. Overall terrible place to live.ā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Awful. Just awful.
Upon moving in, my dryer and ice machine didn't work, the carpet was stained in every room, there were cigarette burns on the counter tops, the tiles on the kitchen floor were terribly filthy, and the walls had holes in them from dart boards/posters. Manyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Never again!
I hate Burbank Commons. I really don't see how people live here more than one year. To start off, when I first moved in the carpet was really dirty in the living room and you could tell that my room was not cleaned before theyā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Great Apartments
I have lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem. The grounds are clean, pool is great and just upgraded the gym. It's nice being so close to campus and the bus is right out front! The staff is helpful and Iā¦Ā See More >anonymous

BURBANK COMMONS=WORST DECISION EVER
Living at Burbank Commons was the worst decision I have ever made. The management is terrible and have extremely ugly attitudes as soon as you sign the lease. Don't be fooled by how nice they are when you are looking, they just want your money.ā¦Ā See More >Maison Burbank
