Parking is ridiculous, it is completely inconvenient to have guests over because there is no where for them to park. I can constantly hear the neighbors above me, apartment noise I understand but this is much worse than my last apartment and two kids lived above me! Grounds aren't pretty, landscapers do not clean up after themselves, and there is dog poop all around my building. When I called to complain a very rude woman who made it a point to state she was the manager ended up taking my call after some guy had no idea what to say to me, and basically told me it's a problem I'm going to have to deal with because this community is a "known" pet friendly place. My appliances are a bad joke from 1995, and never work properly. Maintenance has been by three times since I moved in, and nothing has ever really been fixed. The staff is constantly changing, I get used to talking to one person and turn around and their gone. This has happened several times since I've moved in. I can't wait for my lease to expire! I can move down the street for only about $100 more and get MUCH better quality for my $$!
