We recently just moved out of these apartments. While we were living there we never had any issues and liked the apartment we were staying in. But before signing a lease with them please be aware they have a 60 day notice when moving out. We had never in our leasing experience have heard of 60 day notice and to me that is too much advancement because for us when purchasing a home you do not know things are 100% until everything actually goes through. But that is their policy and I get that. Although the staff has always been very pleasant, we didnt feel that they did things on time and in a professional manner. When moving out they took their time and did not process our close out correctly. They ended up making a mistake on the amount we owed for close out and told us if we wait and pay it until the last month we are leasing the apartment until they will turn us to collections. We have always paid on time, never late and even referred them residents. Long story short, my husband and I were disappointed in the service we received from the staff and regional manager. We do not recommend living in these apartments.
