Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience these concerns may have caused you. You will be happy to learn that we have switched gate companies in hopes that we can find a permanent solution to the pool gate. There are four points of access to the pool if one gate happens to be malfunctioning. Our wonderful maintenance team recently rewired all of the lights at the grilling area. Our maintenance staff is also responsible for walking and cleaning the grounds each morning. If we are aware of who is responsible, we do issue fines for leaving trash and other items on the property grounds. Please feel free to reach out to the office at (225) 271-8598 if you have any additional information and would like to discuss this further.

Hi, Thank you for your review! Our pool and grill area renovations were competed last year. We converted the pool to salt water and installed two new gas grills for our residents convenience. Great news, we no longer offer the option to rent a washer and dryer, as all of our apartment homes come with a full size washer and dryer. Please feel free to reach out to us in the office to further address any noise concerns you may have.

As far as the potholes created by large equipment; that was unfortunately out of our hands, but we are thrilled to say the pot holes have been recently been filled, per our request.
