First off I just had to pay almost $60 extra because no one told me when rent was due. I didn't make my resident account until a week later because I couldn't figure out what it was. I had to look it up myself after figuring it was something that was on a sign on the gate. Therefore I didn't even know my rent was late until a week later.

Thank you for your feedback! You pay your rent through the main website www.theheightshammond.com. Your rent will always be due on the 1st of each month as noted on the first page of the lease contract.
