We treat all pet violations the same and are consistent with the policy and procedure. As far as the cigarette butts, we send reminders to refrain from littering and disposing cigarette butts on the ground. We do not have a way to identify specific residents or visitors unless there is physical or visible proof. As stated in the notices, since you are not smokers, please disregard the notices.
