I regret ever having moved into this place but sure was glad when I moved out. Once they have your money there is no further contact. Even if they never had formal training you think they would take the initiative to be helpful and concerned but they are not. It's probably too much trouble for them. After all these negative reviews I wonder how they feel every day when they go home to their families, I bet they don't care. It's a job (or half a job). I moved into a nicer 2 bed/bath Chateau des Lions for less than a 1 bed/bath at Ranch.
