I live in the Grove for 2 years and I had nothing but problems with the front office personnel from day one when I moved in. I had overpaid numerous times only because of the billing statements they provided me. After I inquired about the payments did I find out it was a mistake on their part and I was issued a credit. When I moved out I was notified my account balance was ZERO and shortly after I receive a letter at my new home that I still owe the complex $46.00. Not only that, they were going to notify the credit bureau and would have potentially put a damper on my credit. I have notified BBB on the company and would warn anyone about office staff being VERY unreliable when it comes to accounting and responsibly of funds towards your unit.
