SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hi Kate, As long as residents have possession of their apartment, they are responsible for all terms of the lease including the utility allowances. Because you occupied your apartment for the last utility period, you are responsible for covering the bill for your usage. We have many security measures in place such as closed circuit cameras, 3rd party security patrols, panic buttons, gated access and an onsite courtesy officer to deter this kind of activity here, but unfortunately we cannot always prevent it. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying our convenient location to UL and to downtown Lafayette. Make sure to get the schedule for Downtown Alive this fall for free live music every Friday! Our exterminator comes weekly to take care of any recurring issues in your apartment. Please contact us or enter a service request for pest control so that we can work side by side with our pest control company to clear up any issues you are still having in your apartment. We will aggressively treat your apartment until this issue is resolved.

The Quarters, a student gated community, is located just south of the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and features fully furnished, individually leased, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments designed with the student in mind. Every suite has separately keyed bedrooms with private baths. Each suite includes a spacious common area and kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, and full sized washer and dryer. Also included is cable TV with HBO and high speed internet!
