This place is WAY overpriced for the size of a 1 bedroom apt.. things were broken in the apt that are still not fixed 6 months later. The ac doesnt work half the time, the water is contantly bein shut off for one stupid reason or another. Internet is usually slow and cable is always going in and out. The lady who works in the office (not tammy) is rude and will throw paperwork at you if she has something to give you. They dont mow the grass very often, and told us we need to plant grass seed bc our lawn was bare.. which was like that when we moved in. If your rent is late the late fees are OUTRAGEOUS.. $10 for the first day and $5 a day for everyday thereafter. If your on a month to month your rent goes up to $830 for a one bedroom.. which you can go elsewhere and get a 3 bedroom for the same price. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. WAY to expensive and the maintenace and management is horrible!!!
