Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let the demo unit fool you. The space is simply inadequate. There is only ONE DRAWER in the kitchen. The "his and her" closet won't even hold my clothes. The place is cute, but it's the size of a doll house, assuming the dolls are at least 6 feet tall. At my 5'2" height, I need to stand in a chair to reach items in the FIRST row of cabinets in the kitchen. In addition, the appliances are out of date. Let's call the place an antique doll house. Now, let's get down to business. As for money, the initial quote of what rent costs is about $50-80 below what it will actually run you. Then there are the deposits. If your credit isn't perfect, be prepared to dole out $700. Yes, SEVEN hundered dollars in deposits, no to mention the application fee. Bad decision.
