We moved into our apartment in 45 days ago and we absolutely love it here! It is quiet, and the neighbors and staff are extremely friendly. It is conveniently located in Mid-city very close to shopping and public transportation if needed. As with all new construction, some issues are bound to appear, as was the case with our apartment. The HVAC was not installed correctly, and subsequently blew out the main board. I contacted maintenance and they had the entire unit fixed that very same day! I'm impressed by the staff and the facilities located here in Lumina. I'm so glad we chose this complex!
