The apartment is overall very nice, amenities are first class. Fireplace is great! Ability to access individual floors from the garage is a big plus. One downside to the actual apartment is that it is not very sound-proof. We would also have much preferred a regular island with a sink over the much-vaunted "custom" bar counter. You can regularly hear people walking above you or the mumble of voices in adjacent apartments. Maintenance is very slow to respond to requests, even upon first moving in. But this could be due to the newness of the facility.
