My experience living at lumina has not been the best. I really enjoy the neighborhood and location that come with living here. However, I have had issues with things not working correctly in my apartment and in the apartment community. Also, the gym and pool were closed for quite some time due to the pandemic. While the decision to close the amenities wasnt managements fault, I felt that they didnt really do much to make up for the loss. Maybe a small discount in rent or something would have been nice. Furthermore, it was really difficult setting up internet in this place and I was told I was being evicted when I pay my rent every month. I never received a phone call, email, text, or message regarding my eviction notice. Just a note stuck in my door when I arrived back in town. I understand these are hard times for everybody but that doesnt mean you should treat your good residents poorly. While Id like to stay with lumina, I just feel that I could live somewhere else that does a better job.
