The front office is not great at following up or following through with requests. Also, for a new apartment complex there are consistently major maintenance issues. I really liked the apartments when I first moved so I let a lot of things slide but looking back I should have seen them as red flags. When I first got my keys to move in, my apartment wasnt even ready. When I opened my apartment there was no refrigerator, the apartment wasnt clean, there was dirt in the shower, the floors had dirt. Lumina cleaned the apartment quickly, but why was it not cleaned before they gave me the keys? Even when I moved in the cabinets had scratches and scuffs, though the apartment was brand new. Following that there are loud knocking pipes that further speak to the poor quality of the apartments. Since then there have been cockroaches, broken faucets, broken showers, leaking sinks, broken microwave and a leaking laundry machine.
