***DO NOT RENT AS LONG AS YANI OLIVARES IS THE MANAGER!!!!*** Pros: 2 stars because the price is good for amount of square footage received. Fairly quiet neighborhood overall, walls are super thin though. Cons: Super outdated appliances. For a while, they always stated that the manager was not in office and refused to provide me with direct contact info. I received a military discount through my guarantor. After fulfilling 3 leases, I was sent a letter (as normal) to provide documentation to continue the discount. Upon providing documentation via email, Angelica the bookkeeper contacted me stating that they no longer allowed discounts through guarantors. I asked when the policy came into effect. She says "Oh, some time within the past year". Later that day, I went to the office and asked to speak with her in person. The guy in the front went and told her twice that someone was waiting to speak with her. To my surprise, she snuck out of the back door without addressing me. That's when I met Yani. She asked how she could help me without first introducing herself. She was very rude the entire time and REFUSED to show me written documentation of this "new rule". She just kept repeating "take it or leave it, you can move out". When asked when it came into effect she gave 3 different time frames, which were all false because I had used the discount for every lease to date. Surprisingly, Angelica contacted me the next day stating that if I could provide better documentation, they would allow me to renew my lease FOR 3-6 MONTHS ONLY. The documentation I provided should have been enough since my guarantor was ACTIVELY DEPLOYED, and obviously still receiving income from the military. I printed out the same document and took it to Yani the next day. She purposely took forever before coming to address, tried talking over me the entire visit, did not want to take the letter from my hand, etc. They eventually renewed the lease for 6 months and tortured me the entire time with fake violations ultimately sending me a letter stating that they wanted to possess my property (not allow me to renew) at the end of the latest lease. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, especially for a "manager"!!!! Upon moving in, I was given a "suggestion" to contact Mark @Cox for cable. IT'S NOT A SUGGESTION! I did not use Mark since I brought my router and cable box from my last apartment. When I contacted the # on the back of my Wi-Fi router box for assistance with troubleshooting, they stated that they would have to come out to take a look. While there, I also mentioned to the Cox person that I could not find a place to connect my cable cord in my bedroom, which was beyond me. He stated that he would have to drill a hole into the wall with permission from MTII. I contacted the office for permission and was told that they would not allow it and that I should have contacted Mark. (Obviously, Mark is in a relationship with someone there) I tried calling him afterwards. He refused to help me because he knew somehow (ironic, right) that I had contacted someone else first. For a while I thought I was screwed until a nice cable man finally came out and found the missing connection--> They (Mark) cuts the connection and hides it behind a blank outlet cover. :' What an unnecessary hassle
