The apartment was clean, secure, and the neighbors were great. The staff was was friendly when I rented but later that changed. I had to borrow a key and was charged $25, I was told it was a hold fee, when I went to get it back a few days later I was told it would be returned when I moved out. I received my entire security deposit but not that $25. I was then told it was a mandatory fee, which was a lie. They laugh at you when you make any request and upon renting the turn-over was so high I had to re-do my application twice. I never met the same person twice in the office and was somewhat nervous during my entire stay because things just did not seem right.
