I've lived here for about a year now, the apartment complex has major downfalls. CONS: - Constant smell of weed coming from different apartments as well as loud music being played by neighbors all around at early hours in the morning - Apartments are way outdated, definitely need to be upgraded for the prices they are trying to command here - Office staff is unfriendly and unreliable. I was told many different policies and regulations about moving out by several employees, none of which ever kept their words. - Small dogs only - this is a huge bummer for anyone who likes medium/large size dogs (although I did see many big dogs roaming around the complex) - Laundry facilities are not clean and there is constantly water left over in empty machines (disgusting) - There is supposed to be a policy against broken down vehicles being parked in the parking lot, however, there are constantly broken vehicles taking up spaces and not being removed or ticketed Pros - I can't think of many other than the apartment is situated next to the levee which is good for walking. There are a few pools around the complex as well, but they are usually crowded and loud. I would suggest to anyone moving here to think twice. The staff is unreliable and there is constant turnover. The apartments are not nice enough for the amount of money you have to spend here!
