The more they raise my rent the worse it gets. They claim to have community standards and things like "quite hours," but no rules are actually enforced. If, like me, you are unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors who party until all hours of the night, expect nothing but an endless string of excuses from management that amount to, "There's nothing we can do." We're encouraged to call the private security force that patrols the property if we have a problem or witness suspicious activity, again, nothing is every done. You can frequently smell weed on the property and my personal situation has gotten so bad that I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move out. A couple of the front office staff have been nice or helpful, and a couple have been dismissive or down right rude. Bottom line, don't expect much from them.
