I am a new resident at the Preserve, and I am in love already! I have a 1 bedroom, with a den with a balcony overlooking one of the courtyard areas. The building is amazing! My neighbors are very quiet and very polite, and everything is so well-kept. There are community events (like a crawfish boil by the pool), and there is a monthly newsletter emailed out. Security was a big deal for me moving back into the city, but I must say that I feel very safe here. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but it's just the couple of blocks coming from Carrollton, so no biggy. There is a very tight system for getting into the building and garage and using the pool and fitness and business centers, and there is security all night (i believe 7pm to 7am). Stacy, my leasing specialist, is absolutely amazing! She was very patient with me when I was going through the application process, and she is super knowledgeable about the community. She stayed in touch with me through every step of the process, and she is very quick to respond to questions. Mid-City is the perfect spot, too, as we are close to the interstate, and there are a ton of great places right around here. Great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all within minutes. I'm also just a 5 minute drive to downtown and work. I'm so happy that I found the Preserve! Best decision ever!
