Pros: Management and maintenance staff are top-notch. Location is very convenient. Great pet policy. Very affordable for quality. Lots of community involvement. Nice, comfortable apartments. Beautiful pool area. Residents friendly. Cons: Surrounding area by expressway is filthy and pot-hole strewn; background noise from expressway is very loud (that said, it's quiet inside apartments). No exterior security patrol at night.
