I love the atmosphere and the location. I have great neighbors. The activities they give inspire me. The parking garage is amazing. You do not get wet when you come and go. My balcony overlooks Tulane, and makes it feel like city living.

Cozy, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I love the events that are held at the property. We have so much fun, especially at the happy hour. I have friendly and helpful neighbors. I love that I am on the top floor.

I love where I stay. The people are very nice. The gym, pool, and location is very convenient. It is also secure. I highly recommend living here. I never what to move. Let me not forget about the daily coffee and cookies.

The office is very friendly and I really like living here. I love the morning cookies. My kitchen is my favorite part of my apartment and Max, my dog, loves playing in the dog park. I've met great friends here.

We have the best staff ever. They listen to your needs, very efficient, courteous, and friendly. Security, groundskeepers and maintenance are all wonderful and friendly. The apartments is clean, garage and pool area stay clean.

These apartments are in a really nice location. Close to grocery stores, parks, school,and downtown for night life. The maintence crew comes within a adequate amount of time. The staffing is cool too! The neighbors are friendly aswell.
