I lived at these apartments for almost two years. I never had any major problems, and any minor problems I had (service requests) were dealt with promptly and professionally. I liked the assigned parking with ample space (as compared to my new uptown apartment parking which is a mess). The apartment itself was nothing exceptional but it definitely met my requirements and I had no complaints. Overall, if you want a good apartment, with friendly service at a reasonable price, this place works. *The reason I left was that my apartment rent was increased to where I'd rather pay a little more and move to a better area but it seems rent has fallen since.
