I would give the Marquis Apartments 0 stars if I could. This apartment complex is Section 8 housing and treatment at its finest. From the urine, feces, and food in the stairwell to the inadequate and dishonest staff, DO NOT move here! I had a water leak in my bathroom coming from the pipes in the walls and maintenance never got back with me. I had to mop water from the bathroom floor EVERYDAY. Not to mention the sewer flies coming from the sinks (no matter how much bleach I poured down the sink they still came). The grounds officer was never available for noise complaints. The staff from the Marquis Apartment gave me incorrect information regarding end of lease (so I was swindled out of more money). Last but not least on my designated move out day they posted an eviction notice on my door as I had not paid my rent (mind you I had always paid my rent on time and was NEVER late). The apartments are way too overpriced for the cheap fixtures and inadequate services I wouldn't let a dog live here. see pictures below
