DO NOT MOVE HERE! The rent is waaay overpriced for old, outdated appliances. The buildings and foundations have shifted, and when I moved in there were holes in the walls and under the cabinets causing a cockroach problem..the large cockroaches. I had to find all these holes myself and do my own repair as they continued to tell me there wasn't a problem even though pest control came in here and told me that their patching of the walls was inadequate at best and was the definite problem. I reduced my roach problem somewhat by repair these holes myself, but I still find baby cockroaches although I keep an immaculately clean apartment. There is no fixing this issue. Every time they came out for a repair, they did a half --- job. They actually taped my AC vent cover with duct tape and considered that repair job as done until I sent the office pictures and they realized it was ridiculous and they finally repaired the vent the right way. Management is rude, especially the new manager of the property. She basically told me to move out if I didn't like the bugs in my apartment and that there was nothing else they could do. I am a medical student so of course I am busy and couldn't just move out just like that in the middle of my semester so I repaired everything myself. The only highlight of this property are the gardening workers, as they were always very friendly and helpful. Other than that, run run away from this place. Way overpriced for what you get and if you ever have a real issue, they won't help you. They will talk down to you and tell you to move out instead of working with you. If they repaired the actual buildings and spent more time with maintenance instead of planting beautiful flowers, then this place could actually be really nice. Instead, you pay for holes in the walls, cockroaches, and rude management that is a revolving door of employees.
