If you get the chance to move in....dont. when you come to look at the apartments they show you this really nice furnished apartment. YOUR APARTMENT WILL NOT LOOK LIKE THIS. They tell you all about the security with the gated protected property. The gate is never closed...not even at 1am. The pools are a joke because there are ALWAYS sooo many people in them. WHY? BECAUSE THE GATES ARE NEVER CLOSED. Therefore when the people who live here want to use the pool we pay for we cant because apparently sawmill creek apts has a community swimming pool for anyone who choses to drive through the open gate and use it. There is one dumpster area so if you live in building 26 or so...good luck with that. The workout area is a joke....and last but not least if something breaks...god speed. The maintenance will tell you its working fine. Then tell the office that. God forbid you call and complain about anything the property manager is the most unefficient person at their job i have EVER met. And they are pet friendly...but if you have an animal get ready to hand over your whole paycheck....pet friendly for a fortune
