The pros are the square footage, the layout and location. The cons are they charge you $10 for the key to the fitness room and the fitness room is a total disaster. This place used to be quiet but now it seems they are renting to anyone with a pulse. Its getting really noisy and trashy. The rent gets raised every time you renew and it can be a $25 increase sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone with low standards. I'm moving as soon as the lease expires. This place is not worth the $625 they are asking for.
