Park Villa feels like home to my two boys and I! We moved from a 2000 square foot house and did not feel like we were really down sizing tremendously. The 3-bedroom apts are very spacious and feel more like a house than an apartment. The management and staff are professional and courteous. I have always had prompt same day service on all repair calls. Management regularly sponsors holiday parties and kid-oriented events for residents that are really nice and pleasant. This location is prime and near many free activities for children. Whenever we decide to move, it won't be to any other apartment complex. Newer, is not always better.
