Park Villa used to be a well-run, respectable community. In recent months, the place has just gone to pot. Seems that the newer residents are hard-partying and very disprespectful of community rules. There is dog poop all over that pet owners neglect to clean up, trash and empty beer cans/glass bottles left all over the pool area, and cigarette butts everywhere. The pool area in particular is no longer a welcoming place for people with kids, because of the smoking, alcohol drinking (in glass bottles), foul-mouthed people who "party" with top volume at all hours, day and night. Never mind that smoking, drinking alcohol and glass containers are ALL posted as not allowed. Or that the pool is closed at 10 pm. They party all night. There is no management to around to enforce the rules and frankly, it has created a nasty environment. The police have had to come because the management will not address it. It is a real shame because we used to really enjoy our neighbors and the way the place was run like a tight ship. Now we have people who don't even live here crashing our pool and laundry. Unless you are a twenty-something alcoholic who does not need to sleep at night, you would do well to steer clear of Park Villa. It is a crying shame. A year ago I would have given 5 stars across the board. Now it is just a trashy place. We cannot wait to get out of here. Jake is the only bright spot. He is a hard-working guy who is always there to help, but he is just one guy.
