I'm a teenager and there are alot of teens that live around here so thats good. The manager is not all snobby and she gets the job done even if it takes awhile. I live right in front of the back pool so its like a good spot I guess. We have street racers that live in the apt above me and they are up most of the night with girls and guys(too many to count) I don't use the washer/dryer facilities because I would rather save my money with the washer dryer hook-up in our apt. The people are very friendly and I am going to miss them tons.But the rent is kind of expensive $700 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath and a very small dining room and kitchen. Which is aggervating at times. The speed limit (4 1/2 mph) is stupid because you are likely to go 3x that anyways. and the ... but we are moving soon to the boon-docks which sucks I will miss the city. esp. Summer trace.
