I've lived in Garden Heights for 5 yrs, I have never been late on rent and when i didn't renew with them, they not only kept my deposit but decided that I owed them an additional $15 for some technical issues with the stove. When I called the manager to discuss the charges, she simply said she would turn the $15 charge over to a collection agency. I then wanted to speak to the owner and she said I could not speak to the owner under any circumstances. I guess that's their way of showing appreciation. Please be aware of the RUST WATER!! Every couple of days, the water is dark brown.
