I was scheduled to move into an apartment and at the last minute one of my room mates decided to go somewhere else. I offered to still get the same apartment but asked if my deposit could just be transferred to a smaller one. I was told YES. Well 2 months later when an apartment was available I was told I had to fill out another application as well as pay another deposit. Now I am out a large deposit and a place to live.
