I've lived in Garden Heights for 2 years. I haven't had any issues. Granted,the walls ARE thin and sometimes I feel like the lesser maintenance requests get passed over longer than they should, but I understand some things are priority. Lots of cops live close by so it's generally safe. Neighborhood is quiet. All the kids play well. And being the only complex in Ernest Gallet with 3 bedrooms available.....Can't beat it!!
